General payment information

• Payment is due immediately on receipt of invoice

• All payments must be made in the currency on the invoice issued.

• Accepted form of payment is bank transfer. We do NOT accept payment by Card payment, Cash or cheque. 
  

  All bidders are required to pay a refundable registration deposit of R5,000.

  Should you be unsuccessful in the auction, the full deposit amount will be refunded within 21 days after the auction closing date.

  Successful bidders will have their deposit refunded once all purchased items have been collected.

  PLEASE NOTE: The deposit will be forfeited should payment for ALL items purchased on the online auction not be made within 48 hours after the auction has closed.

 Unless prior arrangements have been made with Apex Auctions South Africa, payment must be made on the day invoices are issued:

• Buyers are fully responsible for removal of items plus all shipping and rigging charges.

• Items are only available to collect once the transferred funds have cleared, and a collection appointment has been booked.

• Buyers or third party movers must present an invoice to the on-site personnel when removing their items.

• Buyers must complete the removal of items within the clearance deadline. Normal removal hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 4pm (local time) unless otherwise stated.

• Contact and removal information will be emailed at the time invoices are issued.
